Airparks Cardiff – change to drop-off and pick-up points

From today, Monday 1 August 2011, Airparks Cardiff will be using a new drop-off and pick-up point at the airport.

Directions for customers leaving Cardiff Airport terminal:

• Follow the pedestrian walkway and zebra crossings across the drop-off lanes in front of the airport
• Make your way down the steps to the Airparks bus stop and shelter - the bus runs every 30 minutes
• Once you're back at the car park, head to the check-out building to the left of the bus shelter.
• At one of the machines, scan the barcode on your key collection ticket - the machine will tell you where your car is parked, and your car keys will be returned
• Collect your car and head home.

If you have any problems, just press the assistance button - there will always be a member of staff on hand to help you.

If you come back from holiday earlier than planned, please give the car park a call so they can get your car ready for you.
