Free airport parking due to faulty ticket machines

Imagine thinking you'd paid for your airport parking only to find that the airport hadn't actually billed your credit card for the charges. Well that's what has happened at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

According to the Seattle Times an estimated $400,000 may have been lost over a two-year period due to faulty machines, however, the true extent and length of the problem isn't known.

The problem was only discovered after two drivers called the airport to check their credit card charges.
