The arrival procedures for Gatwick Short Stay parking have been updated.
Arrival procedures are as follows:
Short Stay North and Short Stay South:
Arrival:
Pull into the car park and take a ticket at the barrier, then park - don't park in the Fast Track area or car park 3.
Keys do not need to be handed in. Tickets must be retained as they will be needed on return.
Departure:
Drive to the exit barrier and put ticket in slot. The barrier will lift. If it doesn't, or there are any problems, just press the intercom button or go to the customer service desk on the left of the barriers. Take a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
