If you’re driving to the airport and you’re travelling with large sports equipment, such as skis, bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects. Be aware that, if you’ve booked off-airport parking, your items are unlikely to fit into the luggage racks of the shuttle buses that operate between the airport car parks and the airport terminals.
There are two solutions:
- You could drop off one or more of your travelling companions at the airport with your luggage and then park your car.
- Or, you could book meet and greet parking and drive straight to the airport with your luggage.
Don’t forget to check with your airline that you will be able to take our sports equipment on the plane.
