New free drop-off, pick-up zone at Glasgow Airport

A new covered pick-up and drop-off zone opened at Glasgow airport today.

The zone will enable drivers to drop-off and pick-up passengers without the need to use Glasgow airport parking.

The drop-off, pick-up zone is located on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park right opposite the Glasgow’s main terminal building. It’s a no-wait, no-parking zone with stays limited to a maximum of 10 minutes - stays of more than 10 minutes will incur a premium charge.

Motorists needing to stay for more than 10 minutes must use the designated Glasgow airport parking bays located in car parks 1, 2 and 3.

The new zone has been built at a cost of £150,000 and will complement the current St Andrew’s Drive drop-off.
