Passengers who have booked the Heathrow Airport Official Valet T3 parking option should note that the directions have changed.
New directions are as follows:
Terminal 3
Exit M4 at J4 following signs for the roundabout for Heathrow.
Take the airport spur road to the end (J4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures.
Follow signs to Departures past the Short-Term car park.
Take outer lane (far right hand lane).
Drive to the far end - the Reception is on the right.
Park as close as possible.
There is no need to call the driver prior to arriving at the Airport. If you need to contact the company on the day of departure, call 020 8976 9611.

Birmingham airport long-stay parking: changes to entry and exit procedures
Passengers booking Birmingham airport Long Stay parking should note that the entry and exit procedures have changed:
An Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system is in place so it is essential that customers have entered the correct vehicle registration when making their booking.
Customers should bring a copy of their booking confirmation with them.
Arrival Procedures:
Customers should drive up to the entry barrier - your car registration will be read and you will be automatically issued a ticket. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return. Make your way to any available space and park your car.
If a ticket is not automatically dispensed, please press for assistance and explain to the operator that your vehicle has not been recognised and quote your booking reference. A member of staff will then issue you ticket.
Departure Procedures:
On return to Birmingham airport transfer directly to the car park and return to your car.
Drive to the exit barrier and insert your entry ticket for your booking to be validated.
If you have over stayed the extra amount will be displayed and payment can be made at the barrier.

Changes to Arora International Hotel Heathrow transfers
Passengers booking the Arora International Hotel at Heathrow should note that the Arora is no longer served by the Heathrow Hoppa bus.
Free transfers between the hotel and all four terminals are available on public buses.
Buses U3, 75 and 76 run to terminals 1 and 3, and bus 423 runs to terminal 5. Transfers should take between six and 10 minutes.
Customers flying from terminal 4 should catch the bus to terminals 1 and 3, then the Heathrow Connect train or bus 555 to terminal 4.
The hotel also has a taxi firm which it recommends, Heathrow Chauffeurs. A taxi will cost about £8 to terminals 1 and 3, about £14 to terminal 4 and about £12 to terminal 5. (Prices are subject to change).

Park Wise is a fully secure BAA site situated just 6-12 minutes from Heathrow's Terminals 1 & 3.
Transfers operate 24 hours a day on a request basis.
Heathrow aiport parking prices start from just £56.80 for an 8 day stay or from just £82.70 for a 15 day stay subject to change.
Please note that customers are required to hand over their car keys as the vehicles will be parked for them.

Bristol Airport parking retains ParkMark award
All Bristol Airport parking's on-site car parks have retained the Park Mark Safer Parking award.

Gatwick signs 5-year agreement with APCOA
Gatwick Airport has signed a five-year agreement with APCOA to provide a fully managed pre-booking, yield management and call centre service for its Gatwick Airport parking.
The airport is the world’s largest airport for pre-booked car parking.
Passengers booking their airport parking at Gatwick will now be offered a clear five-step process that enables passengers to select and book their space in less than two minutes.
Amendments and cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are supported and the system is fully integrated with the existing car park equipment also operated by APCOA, allowing pre-booked customers a seamless entry and exit from the car park.

Return procedures:
From the South terminal proceed out of the terminal, go down the ramps to the lower level, turn to your right, cross over and proceed to bus stop 13.
From the North terminal, stay on the same level. On leaving the terminal turn right and follow signs for Buses. Please check the reverse of your parking ticket for information on which bus stop to use on your return.
Please have your parking ticket ready for arrival at reception as you will require it for collection of your vehicle.

Head towards the barrier pull a ticket and park your vehicle. Keep your ticket safe as you will require it on your return. Proceed to the railway station and cross over the bridge to the terminal building.

Proceed to Car Park Information - located at the Ticket Desk past the Check-In at the main entrance from the 15th - hand over ticket with Booking Reference and the member of staff on duty will validate it for you to exit. Head over the bridge to the railway station and proceed to car park. On exit put your ticket into the machine - arrow facing top and forward - and the barrier will lift.
