Heathrow meet and greet company doubles capacity

Meet and greet parking provider StressFreeAirportParking.com has announced it is to double its capacity at London Heathrow, creating up to 15 jobs in the process.

Southend Airport reduces free drop-off, pick-up time

Southend Airport has reduced its free drop-off, pick-up period from 10 minutes to just 5 minutes to endure that the short-stay car park is only being used by people to drop off and pick up airport passengers, for which the free period is intended.

Four new parking packages have been unveiled at East Midlands Airport.

Change of directions for Stansted Valet Parking

For customers booking from this Friday, 9 November onwards, the directions to the Stansted valet parking car park will be as follows:

From the M11 northbound: 

• Leave the motorway at Junction 8a and follow signs for Stansted airport 
• At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards the terminal 
• At the second roundabout, take the second exit onto the terminal forecourt (signposted 'authorised vehicles only') 
• Drive up the hill towards the terminal. 

From the M11 southbound: 

• Leave the motorway at Junction 8 and follow signs for Stansted airport 
• Take the first exit at the first roundabout 
• Take the third exit at the second roundabout, towards the terminal
• Stay in the left lane and take the second exit at the next roundabout onto the terminal forecourt (signposted 'authorised vehicles only') 
• Drive up the hill towards the terminal. 

Arrival procedures: 
At the top of the hill a barrier will read your car number plate, then lift automatically to let you in. If the barrier doesn't lift, press the intercom button. Customers should bring a copy of their booking confirmation with them. A chauffeur will meet customers at the far end of the forecourt.
